Madison Alley Global Ventures is a team of seasoned and highly specialized advisors of
global interactive marketing, media, and technology companies. We develop a select
portfolio of clients and realize their full business value via strategic M&A, equity
investment and debt capital transactions.
Our team consists of corporate industry executives and financiers who have executed dozens
of M&A deals valued at over $3 billion and managed over $200 million of strategic investments in
global interactive marketing, media and technology companies. Our track record includes acquisitions,
divestitures, management buyouts, workouts, and a wide variety of other buy-side and sell-side deals.
As former executive insiders and seasoned corporate deal specialists, we have close ties
with the senior executives of the public companies and private equity firms leading this rapidly
changing sector. As important, we actively, in fact systematically, engage interactive marketing,
media and technology emergents across the US and internationally to remain close to market
developments and trends.
Our roots in this sector uniquely enable us to understand the fundamental drivers of the
historic massive convergence now underway in the marketing, media and technology sector.
Tracing back to 1995, founder and CEO Michael Seidler was then designing global Internet-based
networks for blue chip clients while at CompuServe and America Online, as corporations had begun
to consider the viability of the Internet network and the mass population was starting to take notice.

Group (NYSE: IPG), LBi International (the largest digital agency network worldwide), One to One
Interactive, and many other rapidly developing private interactive marketing, media and
technology companies.
The transactions we lead include public and private companies in the US and international.
